Title: Archival Training Collaborative Promotional Video
Description: As a graduate student in the School of Library and Information Science, I was asked to help develop a promotional video for the Archival Training Collaborative, which has major ties to the LSU campus. The goal was to make a video rich with useful information that would also be entertaining to watch. Shot at various archival institutions, starring Library Science students, we decided to parody the educational films of the 1950s. I was the director/editor/conceptual designer and I collaborated with fellow student Casey Davis on the script. Earlier this month the video was featured in the online edition of AMERICAN LIBRARIES DIRECT, the newsletter of the largest Library Organization in the world, the American Library Association.
